Who we are

HomeGreenTech Connect is an installer-matching service operated by Grow Online Digital Ltd ("we", "us"), the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@getheatpumpgrant.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you use our grant eligibility checker we collect: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and answers about your home and heating (heating type, property type, ownership status, timeline). We use this to:

• assess your likely eligibility for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant;
• match you with one MCS-certified installer covering your area and share your details with them so they can contact you about a quote;
• contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry;
• send you optional email updates about grants and energy saving, only if you ticked the separate opt-in box.

Lawful basis

We process your enquiry data on the basis of your consent, which you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Optional marketing emails are sent only with your separate consent and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Your details are shared with one matched installer per enquiry. Never sold, and never passed to lead lists or multiple firms. We use trusted processors to run the service (CRM and communications platform, website hosting); they process data on our instructions only.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email hello@getheatpumpgrant.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics needed to run the service and measure advertising performance. We do not use your data for cross-site tracking.
