Heat pump grant in Cullompton: £9,000 for oil and LPG homes
Cullompton and the Culm valley villages towards the Blackdowns include a high share of off-grid homes on oil. From 21 July 2026 the Boiler Upgrade Scheme pays £9,000 towards a heat pump for eligible oil and LPG heated homes in the EX15 area, on top of the standard £7,500 for homes on mains gas.
