Heat pump grant in Newton Abbot: £9,000 for oil and LPG homes
Newton Abbot is a gas town at its centre, but Teignbridge's villages and the Teign valley carry a large share of oil-heated homes. From 21 July 2026 the Boiler Upgrade Scheme pays £9,000 towards a heat pump for eligible oil and LPG heated homes in the TQ12 area, on top of the standard £7,500 for homes on mains gas.
